This session is being hosted by The Maryland Land Title Association and the District of Columbia Land Title Association. If you are a member of either association, attend at the membership rate! If you are not a member of either organization, please contact us to learn more about membership and its benefits.

This education session is designed to fulfill your 4 hours of DC-specific continuing education (PENDING). Presentation topics  will cover Foreclosures, Tenant Rights, Mechanic Liens, FinCen and other DC-related issues. Lunch will be provided.  We will also be working to have these sessions approved for Maryland Title CE (all sessions pending) as well, allowing you to earn CE for two licenses at one time.
