#GoodDeeds: Check Out These Acts of Kindness

Town and countryWisconsin-based Town n’ Country Title (TNCT) recently donated $2,500 to Firefighters Credit Union, which in turn pledged to match dollar-for-dollar up to $50,000 to the local Hunger Task Force of La Crosse.

Luedtke said the title company continues to hold a food drive and drop off location in partnership with the Holmen Area Rotary Club for the Holmen, Wis., food bank that supports the local community where TNCT is headquartered.

Louisiana-based Cypress Title donated a portion from its May closings to the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank, which will provide 4,500 meals to those in need. The number of those who need food assistance has dramatically increased since the virus and our local food bank is working overtime to ensure the demand for meals is being met, said Nikki McDowell, Cypress Title’s director of marketing and client relations.

Commerce titleLunch Is on Us

Commerce Title in Baton Rouge, La., treated the entire COVID-19 staff of 150 people at a local hospital to lunch, reported the title company’s marketing coordinator, Katie Wilcox.
